Located within the grounds of the 18th century Schloß Pillnitz palace, this privately run hotel enjoys a beautiful setting by the river Elbe, surrounded by picturesque vineyards and fruit orchards. Free WiFi is available in the lobby. Some of our Comfort and Superior rooms have whisper-quiet air conditioning, which can be booked for an additional charge of €8.00 per night. Air conditioning is included in the room rate in the suites, as is the case for stays of four nights or more. From April to October, sit in the beer garden, where you can enjoy draught beer and hearty meals. Tasty Saxon dishes are served in the conservatory café. Half board consists of breakfast as well as a regional 3-course dinner in the conservatory café. When the weather turns cold, enjoy the cosy restaurant with its open fireplace and dine on delicious Mediterranean cuisine. From the jetty, which is just 150 metres away, take a ferry trip down the Elbe to the romantic Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) region or the cathedral town of Meißen. Alternatively, you can use one of the hotel bicycles and explore the area following the nearby Elbe cycle path.
