Location and Amenities The property is situated in a prime residential area, centrally located yet quiet. The city center and sights can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The exclusive 4-room holiday apartment is in an end-terrace house over two floors (ground floor and upper floor) and offers 130 sqm of living space with a beautiful panoramic view over Triberg. The apartment accommodates up to 6 people; there are three bedrooms of different sizes, and a baby cot can be provided. The spacious open-plan layout includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen. A soapstone stove in the Black Forest clock room creates a cozy atmosphere. For relaxation, a massage chair is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining: cooking island, induction hob, oven with grill plate, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter and pod coffee machine, hand mixer, and bread slicer. The furnishings are of high quality, with solid wood furniture as well as parquet and tiled floors. There is a gas heating system, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and a fireplace, as well as Wi-Fi and cable TV. A covered carport or two parking spaces are available directly at the house. Bicycles, bikes, or skis can be stored in the garage upon prior arrangement. The attached conservatory on the upper floor is currently not part of the rental property and will be integrated into the holiday apartment after renovation.
