The cozy holiday apartment in Balderschwang has a breathtaking mountain view that makes you feel great. The apartment has a kitchenette with a fridge and an electric stove. The cooking utensils, dishes, filter coffee machine, tea maker, toaster and microwave are available. There are two laundry rooms with washer and dryer that can be used. Bed linen / hand and bath towels are not included in the price. Please bring your own bath bed linen and towels. A table tennis room is available. The sauna for private use can be booked with caretaker. 2 hours for 2 people cost 10 euros. The caretaker's office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

The apartment house in which the apartment is located is 1,044 meters above sea level. The ski slope is in the immediate vicinity. You can take your skis or snowboard directly from the ski room to the next lift or get on the cross-country ski trail. In summer there are plenty of hiking trails and bike paths of all levels of difficulty that can be started from the apartment house. A beautiful family hike with many interesting stations such as a petting zoo, deer enclosure and forest wellness also starts in the immediate vicinity. The Austrian border is 2.5 km away. Oberstdorf can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Lake Constance and the large Alpsee are both 38 km away. The food machines with regional delicacies and a grocery store is meters away. The supermarkets are 12 km away in neighboring Hittisau in Austria or 16 km in Fischen. There are several restaurants and hotels within walking distance that offer great regional cuisine and are highly recommended if you don't want to cook. The bus stop is right in front of the house. The bus takes you to Oberstdorf, Fischen, Obermeiselstein, Bregenz and Hittisau in Austria
