We are a small, family-run hotel in the Black Forest and have been operating it for 12 years. In December 2023, we renovated our restaurant and created a panoramic room that you can book for your event. We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a wonderful time in our region of the Todtnau mountains in the High Black Forest.

The Black Forest mountain soul lies at an altitude of over 1000 meters. Here, you'll find pure nature and sky as far as the eye can see, stretching as far as the Swiss Alps in good weather. The 12 rooms offer plenty of space to relax. And because it's so beautifully quiet here, you're sure to have a wonderful night's sleep. In the morning, enjoy our breakfast buffet with delicacies and a panoramic view. Fluffy wool blankets, cozy bathrobes, and sauna towels are provided in your room for our spa (indoor pool, steam bath, and sauna), which you can use free of charge. Please note that we do not have an elevator and are not wheelchair accessible. With the KONUS guest card, which you will receive from your first night, you can use the region's public transport free of charge. The tourist tax is included in the room rate.

You can also find Todtnauberg online at www . todtnauberg . en It is a small mountain village and lies between 1000 and 1300 m altitude and is about 40 minutes away from Freiburg. There is only one access road and no through road. You can hike to what is probably the longest tree lounger on the Stübenwasen or over the 97m high natural waterfall. There are beautiful tours to Feldberg and Belchen or take the waterfall trail from Feldberg to Todtnauberg. In winter there are 5 drag lifts (some with snow and floodlights). Every hour the bus goes to Todtnau and on to Lörrach or Feldberg and Titisee/Schluchsee or to Kirchzarten and then on to Freiburg. This is even free of charge thanks to the guest card/ KONUS.
