This upscale condo is located on the first floor (street level) of a modern single family home in central, yet quiet location of Feldafing. With a total floor area of nearly 900 sq. ft it easily accommodates a family or group of four. The great room offers more than 400 sq. ft of open living space. If desired, the living area may be divided from the kitchen/dining area through a sliding door. The living room in turn can then be transformed into a second bedroom with two large sofa beds and separate access to the hallway. Both areas are connected to the partially covered 270 sq. ft patio. The other areas include a Master Suite with kingsize bed, a comfortable bathroom with built in music player and a small storage room with washer & dryer. For your privacy and convenience the unit has its own entrance.
The condo is located at the end of a dead end street in the heart of Feldafing. There are multiple restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Even more options are available in Tutzing and Starnberg. Those communities are a mere 5 minute ride on the local light rail (S-Bahn). The same train takes you to downtown Munich within 40 minutes. Connection to a faster regional service is available in Tutzing or Starnberg, reducing total travel time to Munich’s central station to 35 or 32 minutes, respectively. From Tutzing you may also connect to regional trains going to Weilheim, Murnau (Staffelsee), Kochel (Kochelsee), Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald, Seefeld (Tyrol) and Innsbruck. Traveling by car, Federal Highway 2 (B2), better known as Olympiastraße, and the Autobahn / Interstate (A952 + A95) are your best choices. Via the Autobahn it‘s an easy 30-35 minute drive to Munich’s city center. The ski resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is less than one hour away.
