Comfortable box-spring beds and hotel-quality bedding await you to ensure a first-class night's sleep. There are also two cozy and large sofa beds with extra toppers. There is of course also a dining area, as well as a cozy sofa seating area with table and large smart TV with streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher as well as everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom is divided into two rooms, a shower room with rain shower and a toilet with washbasin. Hello and welcome to Munich, We are Sofia & Nils and welcome you full of anticipation in our holiday apartment. About us We are a Munich couple and live together not far away. In addition to our main professions, we are constantly trying to develop and master new challenges. In this context we have come to the rental of this apartment. Sometimes we even welcome you personally at your arrival.

Where is the apartment anyway? It is located in the chic and exciting trendy Au-Haidhausen district with countless restaurants, bars, small shops, historic buildings and relaxing parks. In approx. 25 minutes walk you are directly at Marienplatz, in approx. 10 minutes walk to the Isar, where you can also go swimming in the summer. The S-Bahn station "Rosenheimer Platz" or "Ostbahnhof" (both in approx. 5 minutes walk) or various trams or buses. Publicly you drive approx. 3 minutes to Marienplatz. To Munich Airport you can take the S-Bahn approx. 30 minutes. The Starnberger See, the Ammersee or the mountains are all quickly and easily accessible in public. The fire extinguisher is located in the basement (spiral staircase down) to the right of the brown oak cabinet.
