The 62 stylishly and warmly furnished apartments are perfect for 1-2 guests. We want to make you feel like you’re staying with friends. Our team is available during office hours to take care of your needs and ensure your comfort.
A fully equipped kitchenette in your apartment allows for a relaxed stay, whether it’s for one night or six months. Two stovetops and cooking utensils make it easy to prepare a few simple meals. The cozy bed with soft linens guarantees a restful night’s sleep. Ample storage space, a bathroom with a large shower, and fluffy towels create a homely feel.
In the laundry room, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee. In the lobby, you can enjoy a coffee, work, or chat with the House Manager about exciting spots in Munich.

Concerts held there can be easily reached on foot through the park when the weather is nice, or you can rent one of the public bikes. Please note that the reception is open Monday- Friday from 8:30am until 4pm. Guests checking in outside reception opening hours have to use self- check in service.
Bookings up to 27 nights: Your apartment will be cleaned every 4th day free of charge.
Bookings of 28 nights or more: Your apartment will be cleaned once a week free of charge.
Additional cleaning can be booked for € 25.00.
Please note that a housekeeping service is available upon request.
Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.
