The beautiful detached 19th-century Karlsbach villa with exclusive interior design is located on a hillside in Teisendorf and offers magnificent views. The complete renovation of the house was completed in 2024. The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 3 people. The villa is located below a road, with rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings, but it is well insulated by a boundary wall.
