About the holiday home This idyllic holiday home with thatched roof is located in a quiet area in Gedesby. The house is divided into two sections, each with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom, but with enough space for everyone to gather in the large living room around the large dining table or on the terrace. On the 1st floor there are 2 activity rooms and 2 bedrooms. The holiday home is well-equipped with white goods, kitchenware, free wireless internet, WiFi speakers, TV with Chromecast for streaming, darts, table football and games console/Playstation. There are Danish and German channels on TV. Energy-friendly holiday home with wood-burning stove and air/water heat pump. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the large garden you can play football with goals or enjoy life on the large wooden terrace, where there is an outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower, barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture. If you're into fishing, there's a cleaning station and a deep freezer with a minimum capacity of 60 litres, and it's about 1,500 metres to the coast where you can swim and fish. Gedesby beach is a good child-friendly wide sandy beach. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

If you book within 21 days until arrival, you will receive the complete DanCenter travel documents only after DanCenter has received your payment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
