A recently renovated property, Daniel&Jacob's urban studios and boutique apartments is set in Aarhus near Aarhus Natural History Museum, Steno Museum and Aarhus University. We finished building this perfectly functional and highly awarded aparthotel in March 2024 with all the features and interior solutions we dreamt of right from the beginning. With the basketball court in front, the Basecamp area to the right and the university close by there really is a fresh and lively energy around the DGNB awarded building. DGNB is only awarded to projects realizing high eco standards combined with low financial impact and great social possibilities.
Please note that some rooms are facing a small electrical power plant, that is located next to the hotel.

The charming center of Århus is a fair but charming stroll away that takes you through the city university which in 2023 was awarded one of the five most beautiful universities in Europe. Along the way you’ll pass the famous art museum Aros with its masterpiece Rainbow Panorama being a must see for all visitors to Århus.
Our neighbour Basecamp with its many young inhabitants makes the area young and bustling with plenty of cool hang out spots around.
If you prefer, catch the light rail train (letbane) an 8 min walk from the apartments to quickly get to the center or the new cool harbour area.
