The water is pure and fertile grass grows along the banks. The course west of Grestedbro is regulated. The Königs Au is one of the best salmonid waters in Denmark and flows into the North Sea north of Ribe. When modernizing the house, emphasis was placed on retaining the charm of the historic building, which borders the Kongeå with its back. On the first floor, the exceptionally large dining room is the focal point. Here all guests can enjoy their meals together. Directly adjacent to the dining room are 2 living rooms.
