Well-functioning holiday home with beautiful views of the nature area for those who want to live close to nature. At the same time, the house is close to Hune town and one of Denmark's most beautiful beaches in Blokhus. The cottage has an authentic Danish cottage atmosphere and appears bright with i.a. light wooden walls, low ceilings and large windows. The house has three bedrooms. The house's open kitchen is well-functioning, has good appliances and is connected to the dining area. The living room is furnished with a sofa arrangement around the TV, here is plenty of opportunity for coziness in front of the stove. From the living room and living room there is a beautiful view of nature. There is a large terrace overlooking a charming natural area. The terrace is south facing and here you can sit in peace and quiet for passers-by on the road. The plot also contains a large lawn with plenty of opportunities for play and ball games. For the little ones here is sandbox and swing. In addition, the plot is surrounded by tall trees, so the children can be outside safely. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

If you book within 21 days until arrival, you will receive the complete DanCenter travel documents only after DanCenter has received your payment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
