For entertainment, a 22 m² activity room with table tennis provides hours of indoor fun for children and adults alike. The house features four comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, ensuring a practical and enjoyable stay. With two bathrooms, including one with a convenient washer-dryer, and eco-friendly heating through geothermal energy, the property combines modern comfort with sustainability. Bright interiors and thoughtful design make it easy to relax indoors while staying connected to the natural surroundings. Outside, a 12 m² covered terrace and a 100 m² open terrace provide plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air, rain or shine. The 1,400 m² natural plot offers ample room for children to play safely, while the nearby beach, just 250 meters away, invites long days of sand and sea. With its combination of family-friendly facilities, outdoor space, and proximity to the water, this holiday home is an ideal base for a memorable coastal getaway. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
