Holiday cottage with m² activity room where you can challenge each other at table tennis and darts or play Nintendo Wii. The layout of the house makes it suited for 2 families sharing with 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine as well as 2 bathrooms of which one has a whirlpool and a sauna. Underfloor heating throughout the entire house. For the children there are cot and high chair and outside you will find sandpit, swing and football goal. Terraces surrounding almost the entire house. There plot is enclosed. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
