In a fantastic quiet area in Marielyst and a few minutes walk to Denmark's best beach Elkenøre / Marielyst you will find this brightly decorated cottage. There is a living room and open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hob, extractor hood and fridge with 40 l freezer and a small dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There are several Danish and German TV channels. Both enclosed and open terrace overlooking the garden, which is densely planted with trees and has many lodging options. Plenty of space for play and ball games. There is a barbecue for the cozy evenings. Shortcut to the beach. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
