In the attractive holiday area of Bratten, between Skagen and Frederikshavn, this holiday home is located on a large and lovely natural plot with plenty of sunlight. This holiday home has a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. Entrance hall with a wide and spacious hallway, large, bright bedroom and spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. There are two further bedrooms adjacent to the cozy living room. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto the dining area and living room with a wood-burning stove; this is a great place to unwind and forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is a smart TV box with built-in apps, which means that you can watch DR1, TV2 live, and various German channels without a personal login.If you have apps on your phone from home, you can also cast them to the TV via the built-in Chromecast. The living room opens onto the lovely covered terrace. Here you can barbecue and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.Approximately 400 m to a large communal playground with in-ground trampolines, large swings, and a cozy soccer field. The beach is approximately 300 m away, which, in addition to white sand and calm water, offers a bathing jetty with picnic facilities, etc. In the summer, there is approximately 400 m to shopping and an ice cream parlor by the beach.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
