Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located on a very large plot in the popular area Bratten Strand close to one of Denmark's most beautiful and child - friendly white sandy beaches with access road for wheelchair users. The cottage is very inviting and furnished with kitchen / living room. Here, the stove spreads coziness, no matter if you are sitting on the sofa and reading a good book or you are standing in the kitchen cooking. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms and a large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna with space for everyone as well as underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. The plot invites to many activities with beach volleyball court, football goal, swings and sandpit as well as a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The terrace has several cozy nooks where you can watch the fascinating wildlife and nature. Nearby you will find i.a. summer open grocery store and cafe, golf courses, miniature golf and more. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
