Holiday home in the highest quality and with a perfect location in quiet surroundings only approx. 400 m from the most beautiful bathing beach with bathing jetty in Bratten. The ideal holiday home for the large family who wants lots of activities, good facilities and the most cozy holiday home atmosphere. The cottage is tastefully decorated, modern and well-appointed. The cottage is equipped with a good activity room with both table tennis, pool table, air hockey, darts and thus a guarantee for many fun hours. The style is modern and functional. There are three large, bright bedrooms with good beds and closet space, loft with good stairs and mattresses and TV for the cozy days. Open hallway with combined washer and dryer. Two good bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, one of which has a whirlpool for cozy moments. The heart of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with good acoustics in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to meet and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie, etc. In the living room there is a Bluetooth speaker. The room has several windows, so the fascinating, North Jutland light flows in, and on hot days you can open up to the terrace. The terraces around the house have plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games. In addition, the house is equipped with geothermal heat, so small heating costs can be expected.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
