Activity house with panoramic views of Kvie Sø. Open concept kitchen and living room with Scandinavian style furnishings with wood-burning stove and flatscreen-TV. From the living room you have access to the partly covered terrace. One of the bathrooms has whirlpool and in the activity room you can play table tennis, billiards and table football. There is an outdoor shower. The layout of the house makes it suited for 2 families sharing. There is a swing, sandpit and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The area at Kvie Sø has more fishing lakes and also a fish cleaning area. Approx. 100 m from the house is a child-friendly beach with a kiosk and restaurant.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
