Approx. 150 m from the shores of Bogense you will find this apartment with sweeping views of the water and where you can observe the coast of Funen. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the apartment has access to both a morning terrace and an evening terrace, both with an incredible view. Ample space for 4 people with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Combined living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has direct access to a covered balcony with sweeping views of the area. From here you can see the beautiful lakes that characterise the area. Living room with stereo with CD player, TV, cable TV systems with both Danish and German channels and DVD player. The kitchen has all the equipment you could want e.g. dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven. The area has swings and sandpits for children.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
