Strågården is an old listed farm from 1765 located in Nyord town. We have cozy double rooms with shared bathroom. If you rent several rooms, it is possible to have your own bathroom. Nyord is a small community with 35 inhabitants. It is not allowed to drive in the the village - so therefore you are directed to park in our parking lot just outside the village. From here there are approx. 50 m. To Strågården. There are signs that show you the way. Please note that the rooms are not soundproofed and there may be noise from the other guests. We encourage our guests to show consideration and be quiet ml. 22: 00-8: 00. Breakfast will in weekdays consist of a box in the fridge, which our guests prepare themselves - couse we are at work. It consists of toast, rye bread, cheese. cold cuts, jam, juice and yogurt. On weekends when we are at home, breakfast is served either individually or as a buffet.

We have the most beautiful old farm on Nyord, where we live all year round. Since we have plenty of room we decided to open a small B&B. We both work full time, so it is important that our guests are aware that there is not the same level of service with us as would be at a hotel. At Nyord there is plenty to see. We have the most beautiful view of Zealand and Møn. We have Denmark's smallest museum, local specialty shops, an octagonal church and much more. In addition, most of the island is protected and laid out as a bird sanctuary. At night we have the most beautiful Dark Sky, when the weather permits.
