El guardonat Zoku Loft és un microapartament espaiós que tant es pot viure com treballar. Cada Loft té capacitat per a dues persones, excepte el Loft XXL, que té capacitat per a 4 persones, i està equipat amb aire condicionat, TV de pantalla plana i internet d'alta velocitat gratuït.
