KanXio Apartment is located in Union Estate, Pointe Michel, Dominica. The apartments are downstairs of a private dwelling home that offers its guests a home away from home. They offer private and comfortable living space with all amenities for the island's tropical climate. The apartments are both three room apartments. In apartment 1, there is an adequately sized fully equipped kitchen area with a table and chairs, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. Apartment 2 is adjoining and of similar size and offers similar amenities. The two apartments side by side make a great space for a family or two couples. Each apartment has its private entrance.
The host of KanXio's apartment is very welcoming and aims to satisfy guests' expectations at all times.
I respect my guests privacy, and I am willing to go above and beyond to ensure my guests feel welcomed and valued.
Union Estate is a residential, suburban community. There are churches for worshiping, a playing field, a primary school, nearby bars and restaurants, trails for off road walks and strolls. Public transportation is easy to find and the community is about 7 minutes from the captial Roseau, the Bayfront Ferry Terminal and 5 minutes from Champaign Beach 🏖 . It is a hilltop community with majestic mountain and sunset views 🌇.
