Narakiel's Inn was put together in such a way as to meet the utmost level of comfort for our guests. As a former residential property, we wanted the place to reflect and retain its "Homey" quality. So we renovated and decorated as if we ourselves and our family members and loved ones would be staying there from time to time. With that thought in mind, we really continue to try to elevate the Inn as the type of accommodations which allow our guests to have a respite while vacationing on the island. It is our hope that our guests enjoy their time at the Inn as much as they enjoy their visit and touring of our beautiful island.
What we enjoy most about being in the Hospitality business is that it gives us as Proprietors of Narakiel's Inn a unique role in promoting the culture and beauty of our island home, Dominica. We feel very privileged to be able to represent what the island has to offer through our day to day interactions with guests. We want to make sure that their stay is as enjoyable as possible, and our direct relationship with them as they vacation, gives us the fulfilling opportunity to help them do just that.
What is most noteworthy about the location of Narakiel's is it's very close proximity to the center of the Capital City, Roseau, while still being removed enough from it to allow for the rest and restoration needed while one is vacationing. The Inn is located on Riverside, Roseau with wonderful views of the River, the Ocean, and the mountains, so a guest can enjoy a few sounds and sights of nature while still being steps away to the City Center.
All major amenities like supermarkets, shops, restaurants, the Post Office, banks, the Farmer's Market, the Bay Front, The Stadium, Tour Buses, Bus Stops, etc are all within 1-10 minutes walk from the Inn. The Roseau Ferry Terminal is about 5-10 minutes walk, and less than 5 minutes driving to the Inn. It's really the ideal location to enjoy what the island has to offer, and we are very pleased to offer our guests such convenience and flexibility during their vacation. Off course, we are equally excited to share any information our guests require when it comes to places of interest to them while they stay with us. Those include getting to major attractions on island an tours.
