We are Eric and Margarita. I'm from Canada and Margarita is from Ecuador. We were looking for new challenges so bought this hotel as a retirement project. El Nido is a boutique bed and breakfast and cafe. We are located on the Malecon with nothing but a street between us and the ocean. Great view of the landscape and sunset. We are in the quiet area of the Malecon but a short walk to all the activity. With your room rental a full breakfast is provided in the cafe which is also open to the public.

Puerto Lopez is a small fishing and tourism town. You will find most amenities here with several restaurants offering a variety of dining options and a vibrant nightlife on the Malecon. It is the official gateway to Isla de la Plata and surrounded by Machalilla National Park. Is an excellent choice for your next adventure tourism destination.
