The apartment has an excellent location. It is fully equipped with all the necessary things you might need to feel like home. In spite of being in a busy are, the apartment is in the 3rd. floor and not facing the the big avenue, which guarantee you can have a very good sleep. In the same floor of the apartment, you have access to a tempered pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a terrace.
Hello, I am Diana. I am from Ecuador and together with my family, we live in Switzerland. We have this apartment in Quito, so we can have a place when we visit the family in Quito. We keep it as comfortable as possible, so you can feel at home, as we do.
This is an excellent location for any purpose. The area is well connected to all the touristic places surrounding Quito. In the main street you have access to all kind of restaurants and shops. You can choose from fast food to more specialised and gourmet offers. Five minutes walking you have a big shopping mall, Quicentro, where you can find everything you need. And for the sportive people, the Carolina park, one of the biggest in the city, is just one block away and the Atahualpa Stadium 250 meters away.
