The house is located in a privileged area of a private, safe urbanization with direct access to the beach, other facilities such as a swimming pool, tennis and soccer courts, with beautiful views and a few steps from the sea. A few meters from our beach there are options for restaurants, bars, rental of kayaks, boards and surf classes, as well as sport fishing or whale watching tours. In addition, you can directly access the products of artisanal fishermen from the surrounding beaches or, if you like fishing, get your own catch of the day. The privileged location allows guests to access all the facilities in the urbanization on foot, as well as just a 3-minute walk to the neighboring bungalows to enjoy a drink or taste the Manabi seasoning. All of the above is also accessible by car if required. To go to the bungalows by car it is necessary to exit through the main gate and go around the north side of the complex.
