This new, modern building has elevators, a stylish foyer and underground parking (available for a fee). Inspired by Tallinn’s creative district, each apartment features industrial yet cosy Nordic-style interiors with local furniture and art from Estonian names like Unolik, Narma, Raili Keiv, QBA, Meru, and Prints by TM.

Bob’s apartments are just 1 minute’s walk from Telliskivi, 8 minutes from the Balti Jaam Market and public transport hub, and less than 15 minutes from the Old Town.
