-All registered guests must provide a copy of a valid ID or passport upon arrival.
-Only registered guests are allowed within the property. If you plan on inviting a guest, please let us know in advance.
-Parties and events are not permitted in the apartment.
-If any items are missing or damaged during your stay (e.g. towels, utensils, keys, furniture), you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
-Housekeeping service is available free of charge upon request from 8AM to 4PM. Please let us know if you would like the unit cleaned during your stay.
-For Arab Nationals and Arabic passport holders:
-Couples must provide a copy of an official marriage certificate or family card (for GCC citizens) as proof of marriage. Unofficial documents, such as "Orfi," are not accepted under Egyptian law.
