Maier Apartments have been built in 2016 in the city centre of Cadiz, in the lively area of La Viña, a five minutes’ walk from La Caleta Beach.
All apartments are arranged with an independent room for two people, a living room/dining room with flat screen TV and a sofa bed (queen size), equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a bathroom.
Free WIFI, air conditioning, safety deposit box, iron, hairdryer and self-service laundry are available.
Maier Apartments belong to a business group that also produces the well-known local craft beer Maier.
Our guests are offered with the possibility of making tastings of different types of beers and local wines.
The building has been designed by a prestigious architectural study. It is a modern construction although we have preserved historical architectural features.
Impormasyon ng neighborhood
The ancient fisherman area of Cádiz, La Viña, is located next to La Caleta Beach, famous for its settlement between two centenary fortifications, Santa Catalina Castle and San Sebastián Castle, and for the impressive sunsets. This area has the highest density of taverns and restaurants in the city, and it is the centre place of the famous Carnival of Cádiz. Likewise, it is home of a great number of Peñas Flamencas.
