Two floors of 50m² each, with all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. 15 minutes from the beautiful central park of Los Llanos and 20 minutes from the medieval historic center. 3 bedrooms, one of them with a king-size bed, two sofa beds in the living room, Wifi, washing machine, barbecue, 2 bathrooms, etc. Excellent bright and spacious villa where you can feel at home. It has a balcony, private terrace and garden with barbecue ideal for receiving guests. Possibility of leaving luggage at Reception. Taxi service and luggage delivery through specialized external companies. The lower part of the house is an independent apartment unrelated to the rest of the accommodation. We don't have garage. If you are 4 people and want to sleep separately, you will have to pay a supplement of 10 euros for the extra bed during check-in via Bizum, transfer or cash. Depending on the outdoor wind chill and the indoor temperature, the heatig remains on for up to 7 hours a day at 21º. The guest can distribute the 7 hours as they wish. In summer there is no heating. The heating systems outside the accommodation that the guest can bring on their own; (e.g. electric stoves), are totally prohibited, since they cancel the heating of the house, are one of the main causes of fire and consume a lot of energy. I am an artist and retired ceramist, in the kitchen you can find a small corner with some of my pieces for sale. It's a familiar, quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of free parking area, parks, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket. The chalet is close to the bullring. In front of the chalet there is a large park with swings and large green areas perfect for walking the dog, practicing sports and playing with children. The foral police office and the veterinary clinic is also nearby. We don't have garage.
