They are private accommodations, but we offer the advantage of professional management, which naturally includes dedicated service to our guests. Inmo Vera Playa is part of "Holiday Promotion Group SC", founded in 2002, with its headquarters in Torroella de Montgrí (Girona). We have reception in Vera Playa (Almería) and in Mas Pinell (Girona).

This accommodation is located in Playa de Baria I complex, on the beachfront, with a communal pool + children's pool (open in summer) and garden areas. This complex is very close to several bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The townhouse has free WiFi, TV wish Spanish channels, and terrace with sea views. It also has a private garden with direct access to the communal pools, and free private parking space in the complex. 1 pet allowed per reservation (with supplement). If you wish to bring your pet you must notify Inmo Vera Playa after making your reservation. IMPORTANT: Up to 15 kwh / day of electricity consumption are included in the price of the reservation. In reservations of 28 nights or more with a low season discount, electricity consumption is not included.
