La diferencia mas significativa es la excepcional singularidad de sus edificios, situados todos en el mismo centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra todo el conjunto histórico. Hotel Catalina Suites**** (Antigua Casa Señorial de 1880, al lado del Mercado Central, con una ubicación de 10, pleno centro, y con una restauración integral, conservando las vigas de madera y ladrillos de barro de la época, con acabados vintage y ambiente acogedor y singular, de un edificio histórico). Catalina Suites Apartments Dowtown Valencia**** (Edificio moderno, en el centro de la ciudad, con la particularidad de tener 2 baños en cada apartamentos, lo que hace muy atractiva la estancia para 4 personas, ya que, no es habitual, disponer de 2 baños en un Apartamento completamente acondicionado de 60 metros cuadrados).
Catalina Suites San Nicolas (Fue un Palacete que conserva restos arqueológicos árabes del año 1750, posteriormente el Rey Jaime I de Aragon, en la Reconquista lo entrego a una familia importante que se llamaba Catalans y de ahí viene el nombre de la Calle donde esta situado. A 1 minuto de la Basílica de la Virgen de los Desamparados, así como del mismísimo Miguelete y Palacio de la Generalitat -gobierno valenciano-. Es una joya arquitectónica, totalmente reformada en el 2019, que conserva arcos, muros, aljibes árabes y restos arqueológicos de la época en la que Valencia estuvo bajo el dominio árabe).
Estos establecimientos auténticos, convierten la estancia de los clientes, es una experiencia diferente a la habitual de alojarse en un hotel convencional, y a mayor abundamiento, el personal es tan amable y predispuesto para y por su trabajo, que hacen sentir al cliente como en una casa familiar.
