Casa Rural Ca’Chispita is not just a place to stay, it’s an authentic experience in the heart of Canarian nature. Located within the Protected Landscape of Pino Santo, this traditional early 20th-century rural home has been lovingly restored, preserving its rustic charm while offering all the modern comforts. The house, L-shaped in layout, features thick stone and mud walls, wooden gabled ceilings, and a spacious south-facing porch that shelters it from the trade winds. It welcomes you with the warmth of simplicity and tradition, inviting you to slow down, relax, and reconnect with nature. Interior layout The house sleeps up to 6 guests + 1 infant in a cot and includes: • One master bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80 x 2 m) and wardrobe. • A second bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2 m) and wardrobe. • A third bedroom with a bunk bed (0.90 x 2 m) and a chest of drawers. All bedrooms have electric heating. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub, an additional outdoor toilet, and a cosy living-dining room with a fireplace—perfect for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the porch-terrace is ideal for al fresco breakfasts or quiet reading time overlooking the garden. Outdoors & surroundings Set on a fully fenced 2,400 m² private plot, the property boasts a lush garden, fruit trees, a heated private pool (24–27 °C), a barbecue, and parking for several vehicles. Peace and privacy are guaranteed. A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a tailored welcome guide with tips on where to eat, shop, nearby pharmacies, and activities to enjoy in the area. The surrounding landscape is perfect for hiking and cycling, featuring striking volcanic scenery and traditional farming terraces. We’re truly delighted to welcome you to this special little corner of the island, surrounded by nature and fully equipped to make you feel at home from the very first moment. A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you all the information you need to make your stay as comfortable and smooth as possible: how to get here, recommendations on where to eat, shop, and things to do in the area. 🏡 The house will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. 🕒 Check-out is also at 3:00 p.m., although if there are no incoming or outgoing guests that day, we may be flexible with the schedule. 🚗 Please note that a car is necessary, as the house is located in a rural area with limited access to public transport. The area where the house is located is a Protected Natural Area, near the village of La Milagrosa. It is an agricultural area, very quiet, with few neighbours, surrounded by mountains. In the village there is a restaurant to eat and about 15 minutes by car you will find the shopping centre Los Alisios, where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants, cinemas and supermarkets. The bus goes to the village of La Milagrosa. From there to the house you have to go by car (5 minutes), as it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the house. Other aspects to be taken into account: Independent arrival and departure, we will get in touch a few days before, to specify timetables, being the stipulated ones, arrival and departure at 15 hours. We could adapt the hours if there aren’t arrivals or departures on the same day. Cleanliness This accommodation has been thoroughly ventilated and cleaned to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. There is a minimum interval of 24 hours between stays. Bed linen (sheets, mattress and pillow cases, towels, tea towels and blankets are washed at >60ºC
