Idyllic little country house in Selva, with private pool and mountain views, for 2 people. The saltwater pool measures 7.5 x 4.5 m, with a depth between 1.5 and 2 m. There are sun loungers on the terrace so you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean weather, surrounded by almond groves. Imagine them when they're in bloom! The fenced orchard features fruit trees such as apple, fig, pomegranate, orange, and plum trees. It also has views of the Tramuntana Mountains, a World Heritage Site, and the villages of Selva and Caimari. On the porch, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while watching the sunrise or curl up with a good book under the thatched roof. There's a portable barbecue for preparing a delicious toast with the family. The house is simple and comfortable. It has all the basic amenities for your stay. The entrance leads to the living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. There's a sofa, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a dining table. The kitchen runs on gas and has an electric oven, dishwasher, and other utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and serves the entire house. The property has a mobile fan, two electric radiators, and two wood-burning stoves. Please note that firewood is not included. Please note that due to certain features, this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children.

The surrounding country side is very quiet and peaceful. You can visit romantic mountain villages like Selva, Caimari, Moscari or Mancor de la Vall or ascend to the Sanctuary of Lluc. It is the perfect place for excursions, either by car, hiking or cycling. You can even do rock climbing. Within half an hour by car, you can reach the long beach of Port d’Alcúdia, with its fine, white sand. The house is centrally situated on the island, and you can easily reach any part of the island. In Selva you will find a small grocery store for basic needs, as well as some restaurants. In Inca, at 5 km, you will find bigger supermarkets and any other services you might need during your stay.
