Modern townhouse with private pool in Alaró. Welcomes up to 8 people. This house has a private salt pool with a size of 4m x 2.5m and a depth of 1.5m. You can take an outdoor shower or sit on one of the four beach chairs. The furnished porch invites you to prepare a barbecue. Being in the village, the house has direct neighbours. From the patio you enter the bright living-dining room with AC, TV-sat and wood-burning cooker. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with double bed and AC, as well as a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms with double bed and AC, one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a separate bathroom with shower. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a coat rack and the bedside tables are made by the owner. The living room on this floor has access to a furnished terrace ideal for relaxing. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. 3 radiators and heaters for the bathrooms are at your disposal.

Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains. If after a good wine and a nice dinner you don't want to take the car to get home, you can walk there, as the property is located in the village. Alaró is famous for its castle and a nice path takes you there. Apart from this, the area is fantastic for cycling and walking routes. For example, you can visit the village of Orient, the Carthusian monastery of Valldemossa or the magical village of Deià. In Alaró there is a grocery shop, good restaurants and cafés. As for the beaches, you can choose between sandy beaches in the south, such as the fine sandy beach of Palma, or the rocky coves in the mountains, among them Port des Canonge and Cala Deià. By car you can drive to the south-eastern part of the island and visit the beaches of Palmanova, Portals Nous and Illetes. In this part of the island you will find amusement parks such as Katmandu House and the Jungle Parc Junior forest acrobatic course.
