Welcome to this beautiful house in the historical centre of Pollensa, a few metres away from the central square. It offers accommodation for 4 people and the possibility to enjoy this town full of history and charm during your vacation. This lovely town house will transform your vacation into an unforgettable experience. It is a big Mallorcan house with two floors. It features two terraces, one on the main floor and the other on the top floor, so that you can enjoy a good breakfast or a barbecue al fresco as well as of a good time basking in the sun one one of the two sun loungers. When you enter, you find a little hall leading to a cosy living-dining area with a fireplace. This is the perfect place to rest reading a book or taking a little nap. The dining presents a table for 4 people to enjoy your meals, The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you may need like a vitro hob, a coffee maker, an electric oven, a baby high chair and much more. Upstairs there is a second sitting area with satellite TV, air-conditioning and a wood stove. There are 2 bedrooms with a wardrobe each. One has 2 twin bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and AC, and the other has a double bed.

The promenade invites to admire the beautiful views to the bay and the beach.
