Welcome to this beautiful house in the historical centre of Pollensa, a few metres away from the central square. It offers accommodation for 4 people and the possibility to enjoy this town full of history and charm during your vacation.
This lovely town house will transform your vacation into an unforgettable experience. It is a big Mallorcan house with two floors. It features two terraces, one on the main floor and the other on the top floor, so that you can enjoy a good breakfast or a barbecue al fresco as well as of a good time basking in the sun one one of the two sun loungers.
When you enter, you find a little hall leading to a cosy living-dining area with a fireplace. This is the perfect place to rest reading a book or taking a little nap. The dining presents a table for 4 people to enjoy your meals, The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you may need like a vitro hob, a coffee maker, an electric oven, a baby high chair and much more. Upstairs there is a second sitting area with satellite TV, air-conditioning and a wood stove. There are 2 bedrooms with a wardrobe each. One has 2 twin bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and AC, and the other has a double bed.

The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicent and Formentor are about 10 minutes away by car. These are breathtaking white sandy beaches with crystalline waters. The promenade invites to admire the beautiful views to the bay and the beach.
