The 3-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (all with A/C) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and a sofa where you can enjoy all the beauty of the sea and the views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa and dine on the terrace and watch the sunrise and sunset. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. It is on the first floor without a lift. It is forbidden to bring bicycles inside the flat or in the public areas of the building.
