We are Sarah (Irish) and Arnaud (French) the new owners of Casa EL Chorro - it has been a dream for a number of years to open and run a guest house where we can welcome guests from all over the world to come and enjoy this lovely peaceful corner of Andalucia. Having both worked in the hospitality business we hope to be able to give you the kind of stay that we would want when visiting a Guest House.

Our beautiful B&B (Casa Rural) is a 100 year old traditional Andalucian house overlooking the El Chorro Valley. Located just 1.6kms from the end of the famous Caminito del Rey walk through the Kings Valley, we look forward to welcoming you. We have a choice of 3 very comfortable ensuite Guest Rooms and an original Mongolian Yurt available for a minimum of a 2 night stay. Andalucian Tourism Registration n Nº RTA: CR/MA/00727.

Our B&B is a short distance from the newest and most exciting attraction in Spain, the "Caminito del Rey". A fantastically beautiful hiking trail, built about 100 years ago and renovated and reopened in 2015. You literally walk on the side of the rocks and have a view of the beautiful surrounding nature.
The area around El Chorro is also popular for walkers, cyclists (both racing bikes and mountain bikes), water sports enthusiasts (3 large lakes 10 minutes away from the B&B), bird watchers, motorcyclists and holiday makers alike. It is a mecca for climbing and people travel from all over the world to climb the crags around El Chorro. There are several restaurants in the area surrounding Casa el Chorro providing tasty Tapas or a la carte menus. Casa El Chorro is a day trip distance to Ronda, Granda, Seville, Cordoba and of course only 1 hour to the beaches around Malaga. 60kms from the Costa Del Sol Airport in Malaga there is a handy train link to El Chorro. Out nearest town Alora, 20 minutes by car, has a wonderful castle of mixed heritage including parts dating back to the phonecians, they town has a lively food scene and we would be happy to make recommendations to you.
