The flat in the naturist urbanisation ParqueVera 4, with exclusive access to residents. It is a 1 bedroom flat with double bed 150 x 190 (new mattress), TV, and air conditioning, with electronic safe. And now, WIFI is also available for Casa Paula's guests The bathroom has a newly installed shower with glass screen, washbasin, toilet and auxiliary shelves. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave-grill, toaster, fridge and freezer, air fryer, washing machine, and cooking utensils, as well as crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc. The living room has a very comfortable double sofa bed, television and a side table. The dining room also has modular and comfortable furniture with a glass table, with a window with direct access to the kitchen, to facilitate the service. The whole flat has been freshly painted and tidied up. The east-facing terrace, surrounded by a well-tended garden, has a clothesline, a glass table with parasol, chairs and padded reclining armchairs to relax and enjoy the sun. It also has a tap and hose for cooling off, as well as a newly installed awning. In addition, we are committed to providing an inclusive service. The car can be parked within the urbanisation itself, but parking spaces are not allocated. Also just 10 metres from the flat, there are ample public parking spaces with direct access door to the urbanisation and the building where the flat is located. There are 2 swimming pools, where nudism is obligatory, one of which is shallow, ideal for parents to play with their babies. Around the pool there are palm trees and parasols for sunbathing and relaxing. The whole landscaped environment is very quiet and well cared for and invites you to enjoy and disconnect.

The beach of Vera Playa is only a 5 minute walk away. This enclave is considered one of the most paradisiacal destinations for the practice of naturism. Its privileged location in the east of Almeria has made this place one of the best naturist enclaves in Europe, creating an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere around it. The extension of the beach invites you to enjoy long walks along its fine sand, offering a different and free way of enjoying your holidays as a couple, alone or with the family. In the surrounding area there are also several naturist developments, the first nudist hotel in Spain on the beachfront, restaurants, nightlife areas, beach bars, sun lounger service, sports areas, water games for hire, green areas... and the best equipment and services on the beach, make this the perfect place for the whole family, where contact with nature is combined with all the senses. Just 700 metres away, the Salar de Los Canos, is ideal for bird and nature watching, on foot or by bicycle and stopping at the bird watching towers of this wetland of great ecological richness. There are many coves ideal for diving in the direction of Villaricos and Aguilas (to the north), and urban beaches such as those of Garrucha and Carboneras, Mojacar, and of course the wild and exotic beaches of Cabo de Gata.
