The house is located in the Torre Vella urbanization. Torre Vella is 3 km from Estartit and 3 km from Torroella de Montgrí. It is located on a hill, on the edge of the forest, for a beautiful view. At the entrance of Torre Vella is a large supermarket that is open all year round. Under the house is a spacious garage, you can also park in the driveway. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen, dining and sitting area, fireplace and TV with Dutch channels. Through the open doors to the terrace and garden. (closed) There is a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Torre Vella is 3 km from L'Estartit and 3 km from Torroella. It is a beautiful, quiet, familiar place. At the entrance there is a very large supermarket, open every day, all year round. L'Estartit, has a very wide sandy beach that slowly goes into depth. (good for children) You can park your car on the beach. (free) There is a boulevard, a harbor, many terraces, restaurants and a beautiful street with all kinds of shops. The Medes Islands are very popular for diving, but in Estartit you can also surf, kayak, snorkel, horse ride, tennis, paddle tennis, etc. There are boats for excursions during the day. During the summer there are all different activities, concerts, markets, festivals and so on. The weekly market day is Thursday. Torroella de Montgrí is a Catalan city. It has streets with several beautiful squares, Monday is market day. And on the mountain of Montgrí is the castle with a beautiful view. In August there is the music festival. The river Ter enters the sea in the gola, there is a protected natural park with many types of pagans.
