Location was great - so close to the sea. The owners had also added lots of useful things like beach towels, extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid and cloths, some children’s toys. Also bonus having a washing machine/utility room.

Nice apartment with communal pool in Port de Pollença. This fantastic apartment for four people is located in Llenaire, a very quiet residential area of Port de Pollença.

Neighbourhood information

Port de Pollença is one of the most attractive areas in the north of Mallorca, as it combines all the amenities of a coastal area (beach, restaurants, pubs ...) with the tranquility of a residential area by the sea. It is ideal to enjoy the terraces watching the sunset or relax by walking along the promenade next to the beach. It is also very close to beautiful coves such as Formentor or Cala de Sant Vicenç. On the other hand, it is only 7 minutes by car from the wonderful town of Pollença and only 10 minutes from Alcúdia or the Port of Alcúdia.
