The exteriors of this property are fantastic. There is a 10x5m chlorine pool with a minimum depth of 1m and a maximum depth of 2m. The pool area is fenced and has 1 outdoor shower, and you can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers for sunbathing. The paved area has a surface of 150 m2 and the lawn area 300m2. In the surroundings there are also fruit trees and 1 vegetable garden. On one side of the property there is a huge aviary with a great variety of birds. The furnished porch and the barbecue are perfect to enjoy meals and dinners with your companions. There is also other outdoor furniture where you can relax and contemplate nature.
Relax in the living-dining room, equipped with AC, reading a book, watching the satellite TV, DVD, etc. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. The house has 3 bedrooms with AC and wardrobes, two of them with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub that gives access to the whole house, and another one with shower that is outside. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board; there are also fans at your disposal.

Surrounded by nature, which transmits tranquillity and peace, the property is located 1.2 km from the town of Campos, where to find everything you need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, a medical centre, etc. Just 14 km away, you can reach one of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc. And just 30 km away, there is the city of Palma with all kinds of entertainment, shopping centres, sightseeing, etc.
