Lockers:

Responsibility for belongings:

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss.

Loss of keys:

- €100 charge for each set of keys lost.

Departure time:

- Delays without prior notice have a €50 charge for each hour, charged through the booking platform.

- Arrival at the apartment is autonomous, although it can be in person if you prefer -from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (subject to availability)-.

- If 24 hours before entering the accommodation, arrival information is not available, access to the accommodation is not guaranteed upon arrival.

- All communication will be carried out strictly on the platform or on a WhatsApp number that will be provided to you once the reservation is made.

- You will be sent a link to complete hotel registration, required by law.

*Failure to complete this registration may mean that you will not be allowed entry to the accommodation without the right to any refund.

- The day before your arrival we will contact you to send you the access for self-check-in or the time for your in-person check-in.

*If your arrival is after 9:00 p.m., a supplement of 30 euros will apply.

- You can use the early check-in and late check-out service, subject to availability and a supplement of 20 euros will be charged for them. If this service is available, it will be confirmed 24 hours before check-in/check-out.
