This duplex with terrace is unique. At the begining, have separate entrances from the common areas to each of the floors. On the second floor you'll go with your key to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms area. When you arrive with luggage you will enter a second floor and you can relax. If you take the elevator to the third floor you'll go directly with your key to the living area, kitchen and private terrace. The both floors are internally connected by a wooden staircase. It is in a new building in the historic center of Sevilla. Everything was built in 2007. Also in 2016 we have renovated everything to make you feel comfortable, like if you were in your own home. Near the house there regulated parking , hours 9:00 to 14:00 and 17 to 20. The rest of the day is free. The house is offered equipped for two, three, four or five people, depending on your booking request. The basic price is for two people equipment. We are very satisfied with the work we have done and the award we have received, which is the esteem of our guests, verified in their comments and ratings, placing us among the highest-rated in Seville. The building is in the historic center of Sevilla. It is near the Plaza de Toros, El Teatro de La Maestranza, Puente deTriana . Less than ten minutes walking you will enter at the Monumental Center, chaired by the largest Cathedral in Europe with its imposing Tower, La Giralda and "Los Reales Alcázares", with night summer concerts. Plaza de Armas Station is five minutes. Santa Justa Station (AVE) is 15 minutes by car. You can take tipical "Tapas Sevillanas" in many bars, but don´t you miss to visit La Alameda de Hercules, entertainment area and visiting Seville where young people gather. In the same building where the accommodation unexcelente have Italian Restaurant "The Piemontesa". Next to " Las Piletas"bar restaurant, tipical "Taurina bar" The largest shopping district in Sevilla is near: Calle Sierpes, Tetuan, etc .. Definitely, the apartment is located in a premier area for leisure and business and privileged by it's proximity to tourist sites. Next to the bridge you can take the tourist bus and boat ride along the Río Guadalquivir, which saw happen for thousands of years all the civilizations that preceded us.
