We are located in Alt Penedès, province of Barcelona, ​​between Sant Pere de Riudebitlles and Torrelavit. Formerly it had been a paper mill built in the middle of the 17th century. In recent years, we have renovated part of the building to transform it into rural accommodation, preserving and respecting its structure and part of the original elements, creating a contemporary and comfortable space, with a touch of industrial decoration, making this accommodation a charismatic and cozy. The location of the house is in a natural and quiet environment, surrounded by vineyards, forests and the Bitlles river pass, 1.5km from the nearest town. The accommodation consists of a large main room with dining room, open kitchen and central fireplace. And it has 4 rooms on the same floor. Two 25m² rooms with: 1 double bed (1'50m) and 2 single beds (0'90m) Two rooms of 20m² with: 1 double bed (1'50m) and 1 single bed (0'90m) All rooms have: Heating, air conditioning, television and toilet with shower. Guests can enjoy their private patio with barbecue and outdoor dining area and garden with saltwater pool for exclusive use.

Clients will be able to walk around and see the whole farm. Across the river, you will find the area where the horses live, the goat house and the orchard. In the same farm, you can also find roosters, chickens and a turkey. Right in front of the house the Bitlles river passes and you can enjoy a pleasant route accessible for all ages, following the riverbed until you reach Torrelavit or Sant Pere de Riudebitlles.
