For this you have a rural house (70m2) located in the middle of the "everything you need" in the municipality of Valleseco (Gran Canaria), ideal for getting to know it through its endless trails, ravines, routes or beaches of all kinds. Close to the most emblematic places of the island Arúcas, Teror, Tejeda, Agaete, Las Palmas, Telde, without being far from the beaches of the south of the island or the apotheosic ravines of its centre; with access to a versatile road network or public transport (Guaguas) nearby. It is provided with a splendid kitchen and dining room differentiated and integrated to a living room with fireplace from where you can access the upper floor, provided with two bedrooms with multiple possibilities that invites both families and groups of friends to rest. With an extensive outdoor terrace, equipped with barbecue and swimming pool, from where you can enjoy spectacular views. The access is from a rural asphalted road, (50 metres) away from the main road where there is free and extensive parking. On foot you will find the best restaurants in the area, real hiking trails, and a small shop that despite being a "village", has a wide range of groceries. It is famous for its cider and apple factories, as well as for enjoying an all-seasonal climate, which is not very typical in the Canary Islands, where there is only eternal spring.
