Kora Living is the leading and benchmark brand in conscious hospitality. Located in the centre of Vitoria, Kora Green City is a new concept of accommodation in the Basque Country. From its rooftop terrace, it offers some of the best sunsets in the city. It is one of the largest sustainable aparthotels and coliving in the world, with passivhaus certification, and a place where visitors can breathe the DNA of the Green Capital. The flats are brand new and equipped with kitchen and all the comforts to make you feel at home. In this aparthotel there is 24 h reception service, housekeeping, maintenance, access to a 4000 m2 sports area and another 1000 m2 of common areas with coworking areas, urban patio, bike station, a txoko for cooking with friends, and a roof terrace with a small infinity pool and the best views of Vitoria. It is a relaxed, modern place where what sets us apart is the good working atmosphere and teamwork, which is then reflected in the way we deal with our customers. The building has a modern air-conditioning system with underfloor cooling and air recovery ducts that keeps the temperature inside the building constant and very pleasant (22-25º). Its design is eco-friendly and goes much further than conventional air conditioning systems, drastically reducing the carbon footprint.

Kora Green City is located in the centre of Vitoria. It is 300 m from the El Corte Inglés shopping centre, the university area and the train station; it is a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and is very well connected to the bus station thanks to its tram station, which is located less than 100 metres away. Opposite is the Bar Puerta Grande, with one of the best pintxo bars in the city and a large terrace. From here you can explore the secrets of the Green Capital on foot, or if you prefer, discover it like a real local: by bicycle along its hundreds of kilometres of cycle lanes, and reach the green ring that embraces the city, with natural spaces of high ecological value.
