The house is a newly built townhouse in 2007, decorated by Joana and Josep with the intention of being in total harmony with the essence of Menorca.  For this purpose have been used colors that remember the different characteristics that can define the island. We have among others the "Forest Room", the "Marina Room" and the "Arena Room", all on the first floor of the house, and the "Sunset Room" in the attic of the building. Both the Arena room and the Sunset have en suite bathrooms. The other two share another bathroom. From the Sunset room, you access two terraces that give the room a very special value. From the Bosque room you also have access to a terrace. All other colors in the house follow the same pattern to give the calm tone so characteristic of Menorca. On the ground floor is the living room, a toilet, kitchen and two terraces-gardens with fruit trees, depending on the time of year in which the house is visited, you can enjoy its fruits ripened in the sun of Menorca. On the basement floor is the large garage with private door and laundry area.

Having the house 250 square meters, its spaces are very spacious and give rise to the calm and tranquility so common in Menorca, as the neighborhood where it is located, which being residential and newly built, contribute to encourage these feelings of tranquility, ideal to enjoy a few days of rest on the island. It is ten minutes walk from the center of Mao, three minutes from its beautiful harbor and two minutes from the countryside.   Because of its location you can enjoy the tranquility of Menorca, being in the line that limits Mao with the countryside, but with the advantage of being able to access any of its places in a moment.
